below you’ll find a list of what I offer in my base home birth package as a birth doula. add-ons such as photography are of additional cost.

Hospital Birth PACKAGE

• consultation - ask your preliminary questions; see if we would be a good fit; decide whether or not you want to hire me! (this is free of charge)

• two prenatal visits - getting to know you, your family, and your preferences better; creating and establishing a written birth plan as well as a postpartum plan; discussing preferences + priorities; answering any questions related to the labor/delivery/postpartum process with evidence-based information

• on call times of availability - unlimited support through phone call, text, and email; beginning at 38 weeks, 24/7 availability to be present with you for birth; guaranteed backup doula support in the event that I am unable to attend the birth

• continuous labor support - I will join mom at home or the hospital at an agreed-upon time and provide physical, emotional, and informational support to mom (+ partner) during active labor; I will work with your chosen midwife/OB/GYN/doctor; I will stay with you following the birth for up to two hours (supporting skin-to-skin bonding, initial breastfeeding assistance if requested)

• one postpartum visit - processing the labor/birth; checking in with the transition as a new family; providing referrals and resources as needed; I will also be available via text, email, or call for 4 weeks following birth
